Dr. Alan Langill grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada on a lobster boat with aspirations of being an aquaculture veterinarian. Fast forward 25 plus years and he is living his dream of spending his days with cats and dogs. He earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
He lives in Seneca, Kansas with his wife Carolyn and 4 children who are actively involved in 4-H, track and field, cross country racing, and wrestling. They have a menagerie of pets including several cats and dogs and a turtle named Gary.
He enjoys his small herd of Shorthorn beef cows and fishing, hiking and boating in his free time.
